Roswell

This place needs no introduction. There is only one reason why anybody goes way out of their way to visit here.

Aliens…

This city has adopted this mantra and based everything off of aliens. There is absolutely everything alien here. If you want stickers, socks, shirts, rocks, curtains, ornaments, food themed like aliens, it’s all here.

I spent a day exploring the town. There are so many cool shops here. I bought so many stickers and socks. For sure some of my favorite stickers ever. I checked out the small museum they had, it was a little too pricey for that what they offered so I skipped it the paid tour.

The restaurants were all delicious.  The food was all normal food but had alien inspired names. And the best part was that itt wasn’t over priced. I thought they would for sure overprice everything here to take advantage of the tourist but food seemed to be the one thing that felt cheaper than most other cities.

The city is so small that I covered all the shops and downtown easily within the first day. I took some time to go out of town and look around the emptiness. It truly did have a weird vibe to the area. Maybe it was all in my head but I couldn’t shake that weird feeling being out there in the dark.

The next day I explored all the areas where the Roswell incident took place. Even checked out the hanger where they allegedly took the alien before they put it on the plane and flew to Area 51.

Roswell is one of those cities you have to visit at least once in your life.
