The Lemon Festival of ’18

This festival is probably one of my favorites of all time. With games, music and seasonal beers, there is something for everyone.

This year we met up with a group of our friends. We started off as we do with any other event, with a nice cold beer in our hands. Everyone went with the IPA’s except for one of us who went with a stout. Either way, all the beers were really good. That special Lemon twist on them made the experience that much better.

From there we went to the games. The kids and the adults played and took turns. Any price we won went towards the kids, so we made it a mission to make sure that every child had a price. It proved to be a pricey challenge, but we got it done.

We stayed with the kids until the sun came down. Enjoying everything the festival has to offer. Everyone always had a great time.

Once the sun went down and the kids went home, we all went to the Rescue Brewery. After that we continued with the bars on the same street.

Everyone was just so happy having a great time, that by the time it was time to Uber home, exhaustion taxing our bodies.

As we all went home to enjoy our comfy beds, we couldn’t help but think about next years festival.
