Shadows

Every photographer starts off shooting the same, with any available light possible. I am no exception.

After shooting with a flash for a while though, I began to see light differently and with that, shadows as well.

There is beautiful light in everywhere, it just takes practice to learn how to find it. I’ve never realized that the window in the living room produces some incredible light. The fall off is incredible because the whole room is dark so there is perfect contrast when you're within a certain distance.

I set up the tripod and began to take photos of whatever random stuff I had in front of me. From a book to my yogurt, it all looks amazing. I warmed up the white balance to give the images a different mood. It felt more cozy to me. Alyza even joined in on the fun.
