This shoot was a little out of the ordinary for me.

I was asked to take 4-6 photos of a social baby reveal. They knew exactly how they wanted the photos, so it seemed fairly easy for me. Going off some sample photos, I was shown on Pinterest; we began to set up the shots.

A few minutes in, the couple realized it’s not what they wanted. They asked me to take some photos that I felt were better. I had so many ideas flowing through my head that I instantly began setting up the props and the couple.

It went by really smoothly. I was done with the couple within 15 minutes, which was perfect because the mother-to-be began to feel tired.

Up next was photos for the niece.  She had just graduated high school and wanted some photos for her social media to show off her diploma These were fairly quick too as they just needed 3-4.

The finally was a family session of all the kids. We just let the kids walk around as I took photos of them. Guiding them where to go and letting them just play and have fun was the best thing we could have agreed on. This also took me about 15 minutes to shoot.

The sun going in and out of the clouds was a bit challenging and it was going to break the consistency of the photos, but I think they still came out great.
